Terms of Service

1. The service

seoandgeo.co.uk provides automated SEO and GEO (AI search) website audits for businesses. Each audit uses AI agents to run 200+ checks on your publicly accessible website and delivers a comprehensive report with specific recommendations.

Reports are delivered as PDF documents to the email address you provide. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes of payment but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

Every purchase also includes a free re-audit delivered approximately 90 days after your original report, so you can measure progress against your initial score.

2. Audit tiers and pricing

All prices are in GBP. VAT is included where applicable. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay — prices may change but any change does not affect orders already placed.

These are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. You will not be billed automatically.

3. Placing an order

By completing the audit form and paying, you are placing an order for an audit. A contract is formed when we accept your payment and begin processing your audit.

You confirm that:

• The website URL you submit is one you own or have authority to have audited
• The email address you provide is accurate and accessible
• The information you provide is truthful and not misleading

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By entering your payment details you authorise us to charge the stated amount. We do not store or have access to your card details.

In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed. Contact us at hello@seoandgeo.co.uk if you encounter any payment issues.

6. Refund policy

Digital content — right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content can be delivered immediately with the consumer’s prior consent, at which point the 14-day right to cancel is waived. By requesting your audit and completing payment, you consent to immediate delivery of your report and acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel no longer applies once the report has been delivered.

This is standard for digital products delivered on demand — in exchange, we offer the results-based guarantee below, which goes further than the statutory minimum.

Our results-based guarantee

If you implement the recommendations in your audit report and your Digital Visibility Score has not improved at your 90-day re-audit, we will refund the full purchase price.

To claim a refund:

• Email hello@seoandgeo.co.uk with the subject line “Refund request”
• Your request must be made within 14 days of your 90-day re-audit report being delivered
• Include your original order details and a brief description of the steps you took to implement the recommendations

We may ask for evidence of implementation (e.g. screenshots, confirmation from your developer) before processing the refund. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

What is not covered

• Change of mind after the audit report has been delivered
• Score changes that are unrelated to the recommendations (e.g. caused by major search engine algorithm updates or technical changes you made independently)
• Purchases where the recommendations were not implemented

7. Intellectual property

Your audit report is licensed to you for personal and business use. You may share it with your team, developer, or SEO agency.

You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, or republish any part of the report without our prior written consent.

All other intellectual property on seoandgeo.co.uk — including the platform, methodology, and brand — remains the property of CDS (Creative Digital Solutions) Ltd.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide recommendations based on publicly accessible website data. We are not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or lost revenue arising from your implementation — or non-implementation — of the recommendations
• Inaccuracies in the publicly accessible data on the audited website
• Interruptions to third-party services (Stripe, email delivery, hosting, Anthropic, Supabase)
• Changes to search engine or AI platform algorithms that affect your rankings after your audit is delivered

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that audit.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information when completing the audit form
• Only submit website URLs that you own or have explicit permission to audit
• Not attempt to misuse the platform — including submitting malicious URLs, attempting to circumvent payment, or extracting our audit methodology for competitive purposes
• Not use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

We may suspend access to our service for any user we reasonably believe is misusing it. We will notify you if we do so.

10. Third-party services

Our service relies on third parties including Stripe (payment), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI analysis), and n8n (automation). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these services.

In the unlikely event that a third-party service failure prevents us from delivering your audit, we will either redeliver when the service recovers or offer a full refund.

11. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using our service you confirm you have read and understood it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at seoandgeo.co.uk/terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when changes were last made.

Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Purchases made before a change remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
